YouTube Sound sample / Demo:
Corner blocks added, a proper bass bar, new bottom block, and touchup.
The only item we did not to was raise the projection. We wanted to leave the fiddle as origional, but with also extending its life.
This fiddle was purchased for $150, and over $2,000 in retail value repairs done.
This fiddle/violin would not typically warrant such a restoration, however we wanted to preserve some Amaracana history, and a beloved violin.
The previous owner was the seller's mother who had passed away. She adored this violin and it hung in there home for roughly 50 or more years.
It's a piece of American history that can now be yours.
Did you know, $20 in 1895 is valued at $600-$700 today?
We hope you enjoy the process and maybe this violin speaks to you and want you to be its new owner.

Why purchase new or rent when pre-owned sounds just as good! Did you know you can buy a quality pre-owned violin like this, and typically sell for the same price if kept in good condition? It’s like having a violin for free. You’re welcome to play prior to purchase. I’m happy to meet at a local music store in Burleson for a second opinion. We’re located in South Fort Worth, Texas. We look forward to meeting you! Shipping is protected, so if what you get, doesn’t meet the description you can send it back.
