Flamed and performance ready. Excellent violin for beginner to Intermediate.
Violin has a label stating it was made by Ernst Heinrich Roth. There are no serial numbers inside. This may be a student grade Roth, or could be a replica. I am not making claims to authenticity of the label. Either way, at this price, it's a great sounding instrument and good value even if there was no label. The violin had a crack professionally repaired on the lower treble (right) bout. It's ready to play once again for many more years!
The violin has some wonder accents typically reserved for higher priced violin such as fluting on the f-hole wings.
The case does have one side of the zipper missing or non-functional. Case does zip closed only on one side and has working center latch. Violin is priced accordingly. Violin alone would go for $800+ in any retail shop.
Worry free purchase, returnable within 7 days of shipment delivery.

Vintage European violin values are on the rise, as there’s a limited supply. The wood quality, craftsmanship, seasoned tone, and age are all desired traits and in limited number.
Why purchase new or rent when pre-owned sounds just as good! Did you know you can buy a quality pre-owned violin like this, and typically sell for the same price if kept in good condition? It’s like having a violin for free. You’re welcome to play prior to purchase. I’m happy to meet at a local music store in Burleson for a second opinion. We’re located in South Fort Worth, Texas. We look forward to meeting you! Shipping is protected, so if what you get, doesn’t meet the description you can send it back.
Shipping (fully insured) available in the USA only via PayPal, RevivoViolins.com, or via Reverb.
