Vintage Mittenwald violin labeled Neuner.
The violin is in prime playing condition. The violin has a repaired lower top center seam, and a bushed bottom block. All repairs are stable and properly done. I'm happy to provide the luthier's info that executed the bottom block fix.
Neuners are becoming increasingly sought after and increasing in value. This one was discovered at an estate sale, complete with 2 rattlesnake tails inside. The violin was lovingly repaired and restored to prime playing condition, including a neck lift to correct to modern standards. The neck lift was done properly with the neck being removed completely and the mortise adjusted to to proper projection.
