Violin is fully perfomance ready, it's been given a review by a local violin maker to ensure everything from the fingerboard, sound post and pegs are within specs, on par with a professional (as we are) violin shop. We're just online, as we work out of our homes to pass the savings on to you.
It was made for Gainesville violins with European tonewoods. Age has treated this nearly 25 year old violin VERY well. We confirmed the supplier of this violin raised their prices, so the Fritz Kreislers after the 2000 time period are not made by the same craftsmen. We can certaily see why as this violin was an undervalued violin, and in fact a much better quality equal to more expensive violins.
One of the players remarked this violin is on par with violins in the much, MUCH higher price range ($4k+ range)
